Is the app free?
Yes. Listening and public pages are free with no ads. Some VAULT items are paid.
Do I need an account?
No. You can listen and browse without one. An account is needed for purchases, remixes, Prism rewards and Contact.
How do I play music?
Open DISCOG and tap a track. Playback is free in the app player. No account is required.
How do I install the app?
Use your browser's "Add To Home Screen" or "Install" option. There is no in-app prompt.
Does the app work offline?
Much of the app works offline when content is already cached or bundled. Login, new accounts, purchases, Contact and Prism rewards need internet.
How do I create an account?
Click "Create Account" and add email, password, username and country. New accounts start with 500 Prisms.
How do I sign in?
Click the profile icon at the top right and login with your email or username and password.
How do I reset my password?
On Login, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. If it exists, you receive a reset link.
How do I manage account settings?
Login and open the profile menu from the top right icon, then open "Settings" to update username, email, country and password. Email changes send a confirm link to the new inbox.
Can I delete my account?
To request account deletion, use Contact and include the email on your account. Requests are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours. Deletion is permanent and unused Prisms are forfeited.
What is DATA?
DATA holds Track Database, lyrics, World Map, Event Calendar, Studio Session and All Metrics.
What is PRISM?
PRISM is the hub for creative tools and games.
What is ATLAS?
ATLAS is a visual timeline of the NEOVYK universe. It does not award Prisms.
How do I search the app?
Use Search in the header. Results cover pages, music, blog entries and FAQ.
What is the VAULT for?
VAULT is the store for paid digital content, including releases, stems, plugins, albums, compilations and sample packs.
How do I buy something?
Login, open VAULT, pick an item and complete checkout. Prices can display in your local currency. Checkout is processed in EUR through Stripe.
What are Prisms?
Prisms are in-app credits with no cash value. New accounts start with 500. You can win Prisms from games while logged in and online. Stems cost 500. Remix submit costs 250.
Where are my purchases?
Login and open "Purchases" from your profile menu. From there you can download your files and copy plugin license keys.
How do I install a plugin I purchased?
Login and open "Purchases". Download the MAC or WIN installer and copy your license key. Each license allows 2 activations. Manage activations from "Purchases".
What is Funding?
Funding is where you can back active creative goals and in-progress projects.
Can I get a refund?
Digital purchases are usually non-refundable. To ask for a refund, use Contact. Requests are reviewed case by case.
Is my payment data secure?
Payment data is processed by Stripe and not stored on app servers. For full details, see Privacy.
What should I do if payment fails?
Check your connection and payment details, then retry. Checkout is processed in EUR even when prices display in your local currency. If it still fails, use Contact.
How do I submit a remix?
Login and open "Submissions". Select a track with owned stems, upload an MP3 or WAV under 10 MB, write a description and submit. Submit costs 250 Prisms.
Why can I not submit a remix?
You need owned stems, 250 Prisms and an MP3 or WAV under 10 MB. If you still have an issue, use "Messages".
What happens after I submit?
The remix stays pending until review. Track it in "Submissions". Approved remixes earn 2000 Prisms and an official release.
Why does my browser warn on downloads?
Some browsers warn on direct ZIP downloads. Download only from official neovyk.com links shown in the app.
How do I contact support?
Use Contact. An account and internet are required. Replies show up in "Messages".
